Musculature in self-experiment - I just couldn't...

How effective do you think these supplements are? - What are your personal goals when it comes to your muscle growth? - Does this supplement work for you? - What is the best supplement to take? (for example, one that has no negative side effects? Is it a natural food? a supplement?)

I know that I have been following the following diet for a long time. For those of you who don't know it, I recommend following this diet for 2-3 months to build the muscle and then going back to your normal diet. You should gain about 1-2 lbs of muscle from the diet.

It's also good to go through the muscle building stages as you go along: Muscle building stage 1 - you will be trying to gain strength in both the shoulders and arms. You will also be training your legs and glutes, along with doing any other exercises that you like. Then as you get stronger, you will try to increase your squat, deadlift, and bench press weight. Once you have reached the max of your max bench press, you will then try to add some strength to your deadlift by doing some high reps. Stage 2 - you want to build some muscle in the legs and hips.
