Sleep quality in self-experiment - I just couldn't...

There are many types of sleep aids on the market today, including sleeping pills, stimulants, cold remedies, and even herbal remedies. I am not interested in reviewing a product that is just for sleep. There are so many different sleep products on the market that the consumer is bound to find a sleep supplement that they like. The best sleep product to consider is one that is safe, effective, and reliable. When I am on sleep aids, my goal is to get my sleep to improve. I can't really see why I would want to improve the quality of my sleep when it can happen at any time. Most of us are sleep-deprived at least some of the time. Some of us may find ourselves falling asleep during the work day, and then waking up at night, with no memory of the day. I've found that it's best to just stop trying to wake up. I have found that if you want to sleep more, you can simply stop trying to stay awake. If you want more sleep, you have to sleep less. If you don't want to get sleepy, you might as well get up and go to work. The problem is that I can't even count on getting a good night's sleep on my own.
