I have many people in my practice who have asked me questions regarding weight loss products, but I have to warn them that I will give them different answers depending on the products I review. 1. What is Weight Loss? What Is Weight Loss? Weight loss is weight loss achieved by replacing food with a new healthy food (i.e. not food that is already in the diet). It is an irreversible weight loss procedure that is not reversible. This is because there is a risk of a permanent weight loss. The risk is high because the weight loss is not reversible. Most people get a weight loss by following a diet and exercising to lose weight, however they don't have the correct food for the diet. People who lose weight tend to lose all the weight in their stomach, but the amount of weight lost is not what is important. Instead the weight loss can be described as the loss of fat, not fat tissue. Most people who want to lose weight do this by eating healthy foods, taking care of their weight, exercising, eating less than they want and losing the excess weight, and then they keep the weight off.
